You FO Fun Class Pack

You.FO is a new sports game based on throwing and catching an aerodynamic ring with a specially designed stick. The rules are similar to Ultimate Frisbee with no running when the ring is on your stick; only pivot. You•FO is a mixed gender, no-contact game that can be played indoors or outdoors with teams of 3 vs 3, 4 vs 4 or 5 vs 5. Play is mostly continuous; if the ring isn’t caught, game resumes when the first player taps inside the ring with their stick. Free curriculum available on our website to get you started.
