This multi-surface, variable-weight Speed Sac sprint trainer improves 40-yard dash times, overall speed, and explosiveness! Boost acceleration and stride length while strengthening lower-body muscle groups. Includes 3 durable weight bags (filler not included). Each weight bag can be filled with up to 10 lbs. of sand for a total of 30 pounds. Varying the weight allows you to customize workout intensity.
