The Pro Power Jumper™ can improve jump height, reaction time, and better overall performance. Train with maximal jumps for power, repeated jumps for reaction and endurance, and lateral jumps for improved agility. This nonslip jumping platform can be counter-weighted on each side with a 45 lb. weight plate (sold separately). Platform measures 30” x 50”. Shoulder harness is for chests up to 56”.
