The Pro Power Jumper™ can improve jump height, reaction time, and better overall performance. Train with maximal jumps for power, repeated jumps for reaction and endurance, and lateral jumps for improved agility. This nonslip jumping platform can be counterweighted on each side with a 45 lb. weight plate (sold separately). Platform measures 30” x 50”. Choose belt or shoulder harness: belt is for 30” to 42” waist size, shoulder harness (pictured) is for chests up to 56". Recommended for athletes 5'-10" and under.
