The Lebert EQualizer™ provides a total body workout using your own weight to strengthen arms, chest, back. Ideal for push-ups, pull-ups, as hurdles, and for core training.Great for stretching, too! Unique design allows user to change the resistance level by adjusting their body; making this an excellent choice for group fitness classes with participants of varying fitness levels.
