To apply PolyCap® tubing as a baseball fence cover, simply put the presplit tubing along one side and snap over the top of your fence. PolyCap® provides the best results when applied around the entire length of your fence. After applying the tubing, tie down securely about every three feet with plastic ties. Plastic ties sold separately.
