Spalding's competition volleyball posts are easily setup, adjusted and transported, yet durable enough to endure the rigors of daily use. Each upright measures 3" in diameter and telescopes for infinite height adjustment. Gone are the dangerous cables. The net is adjusted with a winch that releases net tension in a slow and controlled manner, eliminating winch snap-back.
